The ITSSD conducts extensive economic legal research and analyses of complex cross-border trade, investment, intellectual property and regulatory (environment, health, safety) issues, which it develops into writings that are either published in peer-reviewed law, economic and policy journals, law reviews and books, or otherwise presented in the form of white papers or correspondences directed to governmental, intergovernmental and nongovernmental entities. These writings are then made available to the public via this website.
